If this car care shop went out of business, this sign is correct. If not, we've got an apostrophe catastrophe on our hands.

Which is worse - That it was made or that someone put it up?
Even if it were closed, it would still be a catastrophe, since the subject-verb agreement would be all wrong.
You're right, Putu. I was thinking it would be "We were closed" with the "we" being implied, but "Mission Auto Care were closed" has subject-verb problems. Thanks for pointing that out!
They were open, but now they're closed.
