Shouldn't it be "You'd better buy me another beer because you're still ugly" if you want get real technical about it? Extra points for capitalizing every word.
They could've used 'cause, but without the apostrophe it's a bogus usage.
Oh, man, I didn't even notice the 'cause thing! I wouldn't gone with cuz to keep is casual.
I probably would've too :-)
