Well, Revere is pretty sketchy...
I've seen "photo's" before and wondered if it's perhaps an appropriate use of an apostrophe; after all, it's an abbreviation for photographs.
Good point about "photo's" potentially being an abbreviation for "photographs," but I doubt this is intentional. Besides, "photos" is a perfectly acceptable word.
For sure the person responsible is clueless but it's an interesting observation that, in spite of his inability to spell, he may not have made an error.
